Our Chairman

Dr. Ahmad Hammoud

Ph.D in Computer Sciences

Dr. Ahmad Hammoud, Ph.D., Chairman of Scope for IT Services and Vice-President of Technology at Switch Technology, is a notable figure in the IT industry. With is exceptional team he pioneered the One-Time Pad cipher algorithm in security products, ensuring top-notch client communication security.

With extensive experience as a World Bank and UN consultant, Dr. Hammoud has led significant IT projects across the Arab world and developed enterprise applications for international organizations, including the UN.

He’s also an Founder of award-winning mobile apps, a speaker at global conferences, and an academic with a deep commitment to education and research in computer science and IT.

Dr. Hammoud also dedicates himself to academia, with over 16 years of experience as a university instructor, and head of the research unit at Global University. Dr. Hammoud launched several initiatives including programming literacy project for school students.
